ORDERS:
All items purchased through our webshop are made to order for you specially. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order has been placed and accepted by us, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not accept returns but if there is an issue with your custom-made item, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with a fix or repair. Should a return be approved in an exceptional case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs or any other expenses associated with the return. should the returned item not be in suitable condition, it will be sent back to you.
REPAIRS:
We are happy to offer repairs for a fee; however, we only repair jewelry made by me, Caroline Ohrt.
